The Grand Canyon wasn't made by someone saying, "OK I'm going to make the most massive canyon ever!" It was just a river that kept running. Provide something of value immediately, constantly improve it, and keep going. Build things to satisfy an immediate need instead of an imagined future need. Psychologically, I think this helps us start. It's not intimidating. It's not huge. It's just writing another song and making another blog post. Once a day, one day at a time. Great to know that you've got this goal and plan, to make sure you're heading the direction you intended. But it's more important to just do it on a day-to-day level, then in a few months it may be time to register an LLC, another domain name, etc. No need to do all that logistical stuff up-front. Wait until it's absolutely necessary. You might be building this up too much.
